Protocol Education Limited is supporting a welcoming primary school in Maldon to recruit a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a part-time role. You will help create a warm, engaging learning environment and support children's early development.

The role focuses on learning through play, with a nurturing approach and collaboration with staff, pupils and parents to promote progress and well-being in the Early Years setting.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Childcare qualification required or equivalent.
• Experience in an Early Years setting is essential.

Are you a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner looking for a rewarding part-time role within a welcoming primary school? We are working with a fantastic school in Maldon that is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive practitioner to join their Early Years team immediately.

This is a wonderful opportunity to make a real difference in children's early development while enjoying a great work-life balance with school hours only.

Working Pattern:

• Tuesday & Wednesday
• 8:30am - 3:0 pm
• Term-time only
• Immediate start

About the Role:

You will be supporting children within the Early Years setting, helping to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive. Working alongside a supportive team, you will play a key role in promoting learning through play and encouraging children's social, emotional, and educational development.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working within an Early Years setting
• A warm, nurturing, and patient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for supporting young children's learning and development
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
