Zusammenfassung

Protocol Education is seeking passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to support children in Chelmsford's primary schools and nurseries. Roles can be full-time or part-time, offering flexibility and a welcoming team environment.

You will help develop children's confidence and curiosity, delivering engaging activities and building strong relationships with children, families and staff. Training and DBS checks are provided as required.

Qualifikationen

• Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) as a minimum.
• Experience working with children in an Early Years setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Warm, patient and positive approach.
• Genuine passion for helping young children thrive.

Protocol Education is working with a number of primary schools and nurseries across Chelmsford that are seeking dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join their teams. Whether you're looking for a full-time position or need the flexibility of part‑time hours, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support the learning and development of children within the Early Years setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
