Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is recruiting a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner for a welcoming primary school in Maldon. You will support children in the Early Years, deliver engaging activities, and work closely with teachers.

The role offers full-time hours with an immediate start in a nurturing environment. Experience in nursery/EYFS is preferred, and you will collaborate with staff to foster learning and development.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification required.
• Experience in nursery, preschool, EYFS or primary setting preferred.
• Warm, caring, patient approach and good communication.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support learning through play.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children within the Early Years setting to learn through play and structured activities
• Encouraging children's social, emotional, and educational development
• Delivering engaging activities that promote curiosity and independence
• Supporting phonics, early literacy, numeracy, and communication development
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
• Assisting with observations and monitoring pupil progress
