Job summary

Lotus Home Care Limited is offering a full-time Level 3 Health & Social Care Apprenticeship. You will learn to deliver person-centred care, assist with care plans, and shadow senior staff while gaining a recognised Level 3 qualification. Mileage is reimbursed as you travel between clients' homes.

Expect 7-day-a-week rota discussions with the manager; duration approx. 1 year 6 months and 5 positions available.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Health & Social Care Apprentice, you will be trained to be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

• Travel between clients’ homes (mileage reimbursed)
• Attend training, workshops, and complete off-job learning for your apprenticeship

As a Level 3 apprentice, you will take on greater responsibility in providing and coordinating care. You will be working towards the Level 3 Apprenticeship in Adult Care, preparing for senior roles such as Lead Care Worker or Supervisor.
