Job summary

Lotus Home Care Limited is seeking Health & Social Care Apprentices to provide caring support in clients’ homes. This full-time paid role includes training and the chance to gain a Level 3 qualification in adult care.

You will work across a 7-day rota, with a 1 year 6 month apprenticeship and up to 5 positions available, coordinated by RNN GROUP. The role prepares you for progression toward senior roles such as Lead Care Worker or Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
• Take an active role in creating and reviewing care plans
• Support the new staff shadowing you
• Undergo training on rota systems
• Administer or assist with medication (where trained)
• Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
• Record, monitor, and report on health and well-being
• Support individuals with complex needs such as dementia or physical impairments
• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities
• Travel between clients’ homes (mileage reimbursed)

What You'll Do

As a Level 3 apprentice, you will take on greater responsibility in providing and coordinating care. You will be working towards theLevel 3 Apprenticeship in Adult Care, preparing for senior roles such as Lead Care Worker or Supervisor.
