Lotus Home Care is seeking Health & Social Care Apprentices to support Clients in their own homes. This full-time paid role includes training and the chance to gain a recognised Level 3 qualification while building a rewarding career in care.
As you train, you will deliver person-centred care, help create and review care plans, liaise with families and professionals, and travel between clients' homes with mileage reimbursed. The apprenticeship runs for about 1 year 6 months.

As a Level 3 apprentice, you will take on greater responsibility in providing and coordinating care. You will be working towards theLevel 3 Apprenticeship in Adult Care, preparing for senior roles such as Lead Care Worker or Supervisor.
