Capita in Fareham is offering a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. This full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week role supports HMS Collingwood’s Apprenticeship Team, with eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC). You will complete a 13‑month Level 3 qualification while gaining real on‑the‑job experience and training.

You will learn by doing, with mentoring, a structured induction, and ongoing support to progress into a permanent role within Capita.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC level).
• Will complete Level 3 Business Administration qualification over 13 months.
• Full induction and initial training programme will equip you with on‑the‑job learning and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, manage communications, and maintain accurate records.
• Support apprenticeship programmes across Royal Navy personnel.
• Learn on the job with mentors and develop administrative, organisational and communication skills.
