Bruntcliffe Academy in Morley invites applications for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils in the classroom and during targeted interventions.

You will work under the SENDCo and teaching staff to promote independence, safeguarding, and progress for all pupils, contributing to an inclusive and safe learning environment. A positive attitude, reliability and the ability to build strong relationships with children and colleagues are essential.

Formación

• Experience of working with young people.
• The ability to build positive relationships with children and adults and work constructively as part of a team.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills, together with the ability to support learning effectively.
• Experience of supporting pupils in an educational setting or an equivalent qualification and/or relevant classroom experience
• A commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and supporting pupils to make excellent progress.
