Job summary

The Link Academy in Dudley is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to join our dedicated school team. You will support pupils, including those with special educational needs, to access learning and build confidence.

Working under the SENCO and teachers, you will assist with learning activities, promote positive behaviour, and help create an engaging classroom.

Candidates should hold, or be willing to work towards, an NVQ Level 2 qualification and are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have or be willing to work towards NVQ Level 2.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN is desirable.
