Qualifikationen

• Qualified Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent.
• Experience with children or young people.
• Desirable: prior school or classroom experience.
• Experience supporting ALN/SEN is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.
• Reliable, patient, and adaptable team player.
• Registration with EWC or willingness to obtain.
• DBS enhanced check for Children.

Aufgaben

• Support teachers with lesson delivery.
• Work with pupils 1:1 and in groups.
• Support learning, development and confidence.
• Assist ALN/SEN pupils as needed.
• Support positive behaviour and engagement.
• Help pupils develop independence and social skills.
• Prepare classroom resources and learning materials.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff.
• Follow safeguarding and school policies.
