Job summary

Nant Celyn Primary School is seeking two Level 2 Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming school community in Wales. You will support pupils under the guidance of teaching staff, helping individuals and groups access learning and participate in class activities.

The post is permanent, 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, pro rata salary Grade 4. Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential. An Enhanced DBS check will be completed for successful applicants.

• Experience supporting children in a classroom setting.

The Governing Body of Nant Celyn Primary School are looking for two dedicated, reliable and proactive Level 2 Teaching Assistants to join our warm and welcoming school community. The successful applicants will work under the instruction and guidance of teaching and/or members of the school leadership team to support individuals and groups of pupils to enable access to learning.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. A comprehensive screening process will be undertaken on all successful applicants, which will include an Enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service.

Welsh Language Skills are desirable for this post but not essential. You are welcome to submit your application in English or in Welsh.
