Job summary

Nant Celyn Primary School is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 2 to support pupils and assist the teaching staff. The role is 32.5 hours per week across 39 weeks per year, with a pro rata salary of £27,709 to £29,542, Grade 4, and start date as soon as possible.

The successful candidates will work under the direction of teachers and senior staff to enable access to learning for individuals and groups, following the school's policies and safeguarding requirements.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate how you meet the essential criteria listed in the attached Person Specification.
• This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. An Enhanced DBS check will be undertaken.
• Welsh Language Skills are desirable but not essential.
• Applications may be submitted in English or Welsh.
