Job summary

Exhall Grange Specialist School is recruiting Level 2 Teaching Assistants to join from January 2027. You will work with a diverse pupil cohort across Early Years to Post 16, supporting learning and development within a caring, enabling environment.

Candidates should have NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, GCSE English and Maths (9–4/A–C), good SEND knowledge, and prior TA experience. Excellent communication and listening skills are essential.
