They operate multiple nurseries in the region so can accommodate earlier start dates and they're looking for an experience educator to guide children through their early learning journey and be part of a company-wide team that shares the same passion for early years education.

Working pattern: Full-time, 40 hours worked across a 4-day week, giving you 3 days off every week.
Key responsibilities:
Daily care and activities: Supporting Key Teachers and Senior Key Teachers in delivering daily routines, activities and care.
Team support: Acting as a role model for assistants and apprentices and helping train new team members in routines, safeguarding and compliance.
Compliance: Following all safeguarding, health & safety and compliance policies, and supporting with risk assessments and accident forms.
About you:
Experienced: Previous nursery or childcare experience preferred.
Reliable: A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Compliant: Able to obtain an enhanced DBS check, provide 2 references, and demonstrate right to work in the UK.
