Job summary

RAFAKidz Benson Nursery is hiring an Early Years Educator Level 2 for 38 hours per week at RAF Benson.£13.21 per hour. You will be part of a welcoming team supporting young children’s development, while following EYFS guidelines and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities.

The role includes hands-on activities, mealtimes, and maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene. Excellent teamwork and communication with families are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) principles.
• Experience caring for young children in a nursery setting.
• Ability to work well in a team and engage effectively with families.

Responsibilities

• Be hands-on and creative with messy and outdoor play activities.
• Help with meals and snack times.
• Keep records on children’s progress and daily activities.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Meet and greet families and build strong relationships.
• Be willing to learn from colleagues to understand EYFS.
