Job summary

RAFAKidz Limited is seeking Level 3 Early Years Educators to join their team at RAFAKidz Nursery in RAF Benson, Wallingford. The role involves planning and executing educational activities, maintaining records for Ofsted compliance, and acting as a key worker for children.

Applicants must have a Level 3 qualification as an Early Years Educator, along with a minimum of one year nursery experience and a Paediatric First Aid certificate.

Responsibilities

• Use the EYFS learning outcomes to plan and carry out fun, educational, and stimulating activities
• Update and maintain accurate records that fulfil Ofsted requirements
• Act as designated key worker for a group of children
• Work with Senco to identify and support children with special educational needs and disabilities

Qualifications

• Qualified Early Years Educator
• Minimum 1 year nursery experience
• Paediatric First Aid certificate
• Successful DBS check on appointment and every three years thereafter
