The Old Station Nursery in Marlow is seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team. If you hold a Level 2/3 Early Years qualification or QTS, you will help deliver play-based learning and nurture young minds in a Forest School and Montessori-inspired setting.

We offer a supportive environment with DBS checks and a commitment to safeguarding. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with competitive pay and family-friendly benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience in a nursery setting is desirable but not required beyond the stated qualifications.

• Plan and deliver play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Monitor and record children's development milestones for parents review.
• Support daily nursery operations, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety and care.
• Guide apprentices and volunteers, while learning from the team.

Pay:£13.52 - £14.53 per hour / £28,121 -£30,222 per Annum.based on experience (40 hours per week).

About our Nursery

At Marlow, we take great pride in our newly refurbished nursery, which has been meticulously designed and equipped to cater to the unique needs and developmental stages of each age group. Marlow comes with the enhancement of Forest School, Cookery and Organic food, all delivered in a Montessori inspired way that fosters strong connections between children and the world around them. We are thrilled to announce that our renovation project has been successfully completed in 2024. This comprehensive overhaul encompassed a complete redesign of the interior spaces and external spaces, an upgrade to our facilities, and an overall enhancement of the learning environment. What Your Role Involves

As a valued member of our team, you’ll:

• Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.

• Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
• Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
• Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others
