Northumberland Church of England Academy Trust is seeking a caring Level 1 Teaching Assistant to join Castle School in Ashington. The role is 33.5 hours per week, term time plus 5 additional days, on a permanent contract with Band 2 pay (£24,796 – £25,185 pro rata, actual £19,370 – £19,674).
The post is based at Castle School within the NCEAT family, supporting children with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will be patient, supportive and motivated, working with a dedicated team to help pupils

Castle School is a Special School within NCEAT that supports children with complex and multiple learning difficulties and disabilities. The ideal candidate will be patient, supportive and motivated, with a positive, can do attitude and a genuine desire to help children succeed. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting pupils in their learning and development while working collaboratively within an experienced team.
