Job summary

Charters Estate Agents is opening a new Brighton office and is seeking a passionate Lettings Valuer in the United Kingdom. The role offers an OTE of up to £60,000 and focuses on building landlord relationships, business development and delivering excellent service.

You will generate opportunities, value rentals, and collaborate with mortgage brokers and appraisers while adapting to our growing brand-new team and processes. This is a full-time position with strong career growth potential.

Qualifications

• Proven lettings background.
• Knowledge of UK lettings regulations.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• ARLA or equivalent qualification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong organisation, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities.
• Prospect for potential clients and conduct rental valuations.
• Referrals for Market Appraisals and Mortgage appointments.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Adapt to new systems and changing environments.
