Charters Estate Agents is opening a new Brighton office and seeks a passionate Lettings Valuer to join the team. The role focuses on building landlord relationships, winning new business and driving growth in a brand-new office environment.

This full-time position offers an OTE up to £60,000 with a competitive package including pension, holidays and bonuses.

Competenze

• Proven lettings background.
• Knowledge of UK lettings regulations.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• ARLA or equivalent qualification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong organisation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, motivated and driven individual.
