Charters, part of Lomond, is opening a Brighton office and is looking for a passionate Lettings Valuer to join the team. You will generate new business, conduct rental valuations, and build relationships with landlords to grow the brand-new office.

This full-time role offers an OTE of up to £60,000, with opportunities for progression and a supportive environment, plus benefits such as pension, discounts and funded professional qualifications.

Formación

• Proven lettings background.
• Knowledge of UK lettings regulations.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• ARLA or equivalent qualification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong organisation, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business opportunities
• Prospect for potential clients and conduct rental valuations
• Referrals for Market Appraisals and Mortgage appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Adapt to new systems and changing environments
• Assist with all aspects of the business when needed
• Work closely with the property management team and operational support teams
