GLOBAL ACCOMMODATION LIMITED is seeking an experienced Letting Agent in Nottingham to oversee the lettings process and support portfolio growth. You will handle tenancy agreements, deposits, and tenant support, while guiding a small team and pursuing new business opportunities to enhance customer service.

The role focuses on end-to-end lettings, maintaining accurate records and delivering a professional service to landlords and tenants. Based in Nottingham with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• At least one year lettings, estate agency or property management experience.
• Experience handling tenancy agreements, deposits, rent payments or arrears.
• Experience supporting or supervising a team and generating new business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the lettings process from marketing to tenant move-in.
• Prepare tenancy agreements and other lettings documentation.
• Manage tenant applications, referencing, deposits and rent payments.
• Monitor rent accounts and follow up on arrears with tenants.
• Lead and support a small team, coordinating workloads.
