Connells Group in Cardiff is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join Taylors residential lettings team. You will drive business, deliver outstanding service, and progress lets to move-in from valuations to tenancy agreement.

Qualifications

• Previous lettings or sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:

• Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals
