Property Management Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Lettings Officer to join a national housing provider's management team. You will own the lettings process from start to finish, including handling council nominations and tenancy sign-ups, with a focus on resident experience.

Daily tasks include running lettings across mixed-tenure properties using choice-based lettings, CRM, affordability checks and referencing, and ensuring compliance documents are issued accurately and on time, while supporting

Formación

• Solid experience in affordable or social lettings, including council nominations.
• Good organisation and the ability to juggle deadlines without letting things slip.
• A sharp eye for detail and strong admin skills.
• Confidence with Word, Excel and CRM systems.
• A genuine interest in giving residents a good experience.
• The ability to work on your own initiative and adapt when priorities change.

Responsabilidades

• Running lettings across mixed-tenure properties using choice-based lettings, CRM and referencing systems
• Taking applicants through affordability checks and referencing, and keeping them updated along the way
• Booking move-in appointments and tenancy sign-ups, and working with the income team to collect rent in advance
• Making sure compliance documents are issued and registered correctly and on time
• Looking after the customer portal and replying to applicant queries
• Logging affordable and social tenancies on CORE promptly
• Drafting addendums, pet licences, parking agreements and other tenancy paperwork
• Checking and processing invoices
• Helping new residents settle in and making sure their move goes smoothly
