Job summary

Essential Employment is seeking a proactive Lettings Officer to support the efficient allocation of homes and help individuals and families access suitable accommodation. You will manage housing applications, coordinate property lettings, carry out tenancy sign-ups and work closely with applicants, residents and partner organisations to ensure fair allocation.

The role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience while maintaining accurate records and adhering to relevant policies.
