Qualifications

• Experience of letting non-residential units including garages and barrow stores.
• Knowledge of tenancy management processes, especially ending and commencing licences.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the management of garages, barrow stores and other non-residential properties to minimise voids.
• Represent Homeownership Services at meetings and councils, presenting reports and answering questions.
• Ensure garages, barrow stores and parking schemes are properly managed and let within targets.
• Inspect voids and liaise with Repairs/Contracts to re-let promptly.
• Pre-allocate non-residential properties to reduce void times and promote availability.
• Maintain waiting lists for public and private sector clients to sustain lettings.
• Ensure property condition via regular inspections and site visits to support lettings.
