Job summary

Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our William H Brown residential lettings team in Fakenham. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, generating lettings, and progressing lets to move-in.

You'll benefit from industry-leading training and a clear career ladder, with a base salary of £25k plus uncapped commission and opportunities across Lettings, Sales, Mortgage Services, Land and New Homes within the UK's leading property

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and generating new business.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
• Proficient with MS Office, internet and email systems.

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiating rental terms and agreeing lets.
• Progressing lets through to move-in.
