Job summary

Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our Bairstow Eves residential lettings team in Folkestone.

You will deliver excellent service, generate valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate lets, and progress them to move-in, with industry-leading training and a clear career ladder. We offer a competitive base salary with uncapped commission and opportunities across Lettings and other services.

Qualifications

• Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience.
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiating rental terms and agreeing lets.
• Progressing lets through to move-in.
