The position features a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission and strong progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or sales.
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiate rental terms and agreeing lets.
• Progress lets through to move-in.
