The Recruitment Experts, incorporated is seeking a Lettings Negotiator in Lichfield. You will support the lettings process and ensure a positive experience for landlords, tenants and applicants, including arranging viewings and handling enquiries.

Ideal candidates are confident, friendly, and skilled at building rapport. Experience in lettings or estate agency is beneficial, but personality and attitude are prioritized; driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Able to build rapport quickly with landlords, tenants and applicants.
• Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude.
• Comfortable working as part of a busy lettings team.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with landlords, tenants and applicants daily.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Handle enquiries and follow up with prospective tenants.
• Build strong relationships with clients and applicants.
• Support lettings team with day-to-day administration.
• Keep clients updated throughout the lettings process.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Work as part of a busy and supportive team.
