Job summary

LSL Property Services plc Your Move Lincoln branch is recruiting a Lettings Negotiator to join our estate agency team. You will register customers, match properties for lettings, organise viewings and negotiate offers between parties.

The role rewards strong customer service, with on target earnings around £26,000 per annum plus commission in the early months. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are required; Saturdays on rota and a five-day week are standard.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency or lettings is preferred.
• Training provided.
• Strong communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Register customers and carry out property matches for Lettings properties.
• Generate and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between all parties.
• Maximise branch income with cross selling of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
• Display excellent customer service at all times.
