You will work alongside the Lettings Manager and team, handling day-to-day lettings operations, registering applicants, conducting viewings, and ensuring a high level of service to landlords, tenants and contractors.

Qualifications

• Previous lettings or estate agency experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly and confident manner.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Register applicants and maintain accurate records.
• Match tenants to properties and coordinate viewings.
• Provide regular feedback to landlords and negotiate offers.
• Process referencing and Right to Rent checks.
