The Recruitment Experts, incorporated is recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator in the Brighton area and surrounding regions. You will help tenants find suitable homes and assist landlords in securing reliable tenants while coordinating with the administration team to ensure smooth move-ins.

You will build relationships with landlords, generate viewings and offers, and develop local market knowledge to achieve targets within a supportive independent agency environment.

• Matching applicants with suitable properties and arranging viewings.

• Following up enquiries and viewings to generate offers.
• Negotiating rental offers and communicating agreed terms accurately.
• Generating valuation opportunities through prospecting, referrals and existing contacts.
• Building relationships with landlords and maintaining regular communication.
• Working with the administration team to support referencing, tenancy paperwork and move-ins.
• Keeping property records and CRM activity accurate and up to date.
• Developing your local rental market knowledge and working towards agreed targets.

We are recruiting motivated Lettings Negotiators on behalf of an established independent estate agency with a strong focus on local knowledge and personal service.

The role

You will help tenants find suitable homes and support landlords in securing the right tenants for their properties. From handling enquiries and conducting viewings to negotiating offers and coordinating with the administration team, you will combine proactive sales activity with excellent customer service.
