Job summary

Nexus ERP Limited is seeking a Lettings Negotiator for our Warwick branch. You will be the front of house, book and carry out property viewings, negotiate lets, handle applications, reference checks and prepare move-ins for tenants.

Flexible working hours and full or part-time options are available. A proactive team player with lettings experience, excellent communication and a full UK driving licence (and car) is essential to succeed in this role.

Lettings Negotiator - Warwick - up to £28k basic dependent on experience plus commission (full or part time)

A rare opportunity has arisen to join this very well established and highly respected independent Chartered Surveyors, Lettings and Estate Agency brand based out of their branch in Warwick. They deal with a range of clients in the Warwickshire and West Midlands region with a large proportion of properties being rural estate cottages and farmhouses and country properties. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotaitor who will be front of house, booking and carrying out viewings, negotiating lets, handling applications, referencing and preparing move ins . Working hours are flexible in terms of working days and hours and this would be an excellent opportunity for someone to grow this role and be part of a larger firm of Chartered Surveyors.

Main Duties for the Lettings Negotiatorto include:

• Being first point of contact for tenants

• Applications and referencing
• Preparing move ins / tenancy agreements
• Lettings Administration

Essential Skills Required:
