Job summary

Vincere is seeking an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator in Walsall. The role requires 12 months of sales negotiation experience and local market knowledge. You will meet applicants, arrange viewings, negotiate offers, and promote related services.

The position runs Monday to Friday 9am–6pm with Saturday 9am–5pm (alternating weekends). You should be well-presented, articulate, driven and capable of hitting daily targets while working closely with the branch manager to expand business

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Walsall - £27.7k Basic £35k OTE

A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join this leading and award winning multi branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand based out of their branch in Walsall. Due to continued growth they are now looking for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their team. They are looking for someone with at least 12 months experience working as a Sales Negotiator and ideally with local area knowledge.

Main Duties for the Sales Negotiator Role:
