Job description

Location: Wigston, Leicester

Salary: Up to £28,000 Basic (Dependent on Experience)

OTE: £35,000+

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Weekend Work: Saturdays 10:00am - 2:00pm, on a rota basis, with time off in lieu provided.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join my client's successful and busy independent estate agency in Wigston.

This is a genuine 360 property role, offering the opportunity to work across both residential sales and lettings, rather than being restricted to one side of the business.

You will be involved in everything from registering and qualifying applicants, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing transactions, through to generating new business, winning instructions and building strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants.

The Package

• Basic salary up to £28,000, depending on experience.
• Realistic OTE of £35,000+.
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.
• Saturday working 10:00am - 2:00pm on a rota basis.
• Time off in lieu for Saturday hours worked.

What We're Looking For

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and simply wait for enquiries to come in.

My client is looking for someone who is hungry, proactive and commercially minded - someone who enjoys picking up the phone, following up opportunities, meeting clients, conducting viewings and helping to win business.

You will be comfortable working across both sales and lettings and understand that a successful estate agent is built around great service, strong relationships and generating opportunities.

The successful candidate will also be comfortable with the occasional Saturday on a rota basis. In return, the Saturday hours are recognised with time off in lieu, helping to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
