Connells Group in Southbourne is seeking a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our residential lettings team. The role focuses on property viewings, valuations, negotiating lets, and guiding landlords and tenants through the lettings journey.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and benefit from industry leading training, clear progression, and an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or sales
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:
