Job summary

Connells Group in West Bromwich is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to deliver exceptional service while driving business results. You will generate rental valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate lets and progress them to move-in.

The role offers a base salary of £25k with uncapped commission and clear career progression. Applicants should have lettings or sales experience, be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment, and possess excellent communication skills.

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:

Skills and Experience We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will:
