We have exciting growth plans and are seeking an experienced and driven Lettings Negotiator to join our team.

About the role

This position is based in Ringwood. Reporting to the Sales & Lettings Manager, you will manage the end-to-end property letting process and property management of retirement apartments nationwide.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Generating, booking, and conducting market appraisals
2. Arranging and following up on viewings
3. Negotiating the best possible price for landlords
4. Updating landlords on property marketing
5. Expanding our property portfolio
6. Collaborating with Lodge/Development Managers and Contractors
7. Preparing and processing paperwork for tenancies, renewals, and terminations
8. Processing rental payments and invoices
9. Providing property management services for our managed portfolio
10. Ensuring legal compliance through arranging EICRs, EPCs, inventories, etc.
11. Communicating the benefits of Retirement Living and other USPs
12. Preparing marketing brochures for each property

Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Office hours

Monday to Thursday, 09:00-17:30; Friday, 09:00-17:00.

About you

We seek a motivated, successful, and experienced Lettings Negotiator eager to join a forward-thinking, supportive company. Essential qualifications include previous lettings/property management experience and knowledge of current legislation. Full training and support, including potential professional qualifications (ARLA/CELA), will be provided.

You should be an effective communicator, self-motivated, organized, and target-driven, with excellent computer skills and high standards of written and spoken English. A customer-service mindset and willingness to go the extra mile are essential.
