Job summary

Thornley Groves in Manchester City Centre is recruiting a Lettings Negotiator to join our busy lettings team. This full-time, permanent role focuses on registering and managing applicants, arranging viewings, handling leads, and negotiating lets.

You’ll work closely with landlords and tenants, deliver excellent customer service, and be motivated to grow with a growing agency. We offer training, rewards, and a positive workplace culture.

Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester City Centre.

Let’s talk about the role, it involves;

• Registration and management of Letting applicants
• Arranging & completing viewings/appointments
• Handle leads which are provided through various property portals and inbound calls
• Provide constructive and informative feedback to Landlords
• Generate and negotiate offers to get lets agreed
• Complete necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction
• Liaise with Tenants, Landlords and the Property Management Department in order to process letting completions

We’re looking for individuals who qualities such as:

• Great customer service
• Experience in estate agency & administration is useful but not essential
• Highly organised & able to work under pressure
• Able to work Saturdays
• Motivated & wants to join a growing business
