Job summary

Thornley Groves, part of Lomond and the UK's leading network of lettings and estate agencies, invites you to join as a Lettings & Investment Manager in Chester. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Chester.

You will be accountable for the branch lettings performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and acting as the go-to person for BTL investors. You will motivate your team, grow market share, and list new managed business.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer feedback and ability to handle lettings complaints quickly.
• Strong team player who upholds company values.
• ARLA qualification is required.

• Excellent customer feedback/reviews but also trained and able to handle lettings complaints quickly avoiding formal escalation
• Can demonstrate evidence of a strong team player and lives company values of Great Place to Work and company behaviours.
• Passed ARLA qualification
