Hours:

Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 3pm (on a rota basis, 5/6 days per week)

Responsibilities:

• Attend daily meetings with your manager and colleagues to discuss your day
• Generate applicants for properties by calling through existing database
• Respond to enquiries from property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket via phone and email
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers with tenants and landlords
• Meet sales targets and KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis
