Lettings Negotiator - Whitechapel

Salary - £23,000 - £25,000 plus commission OTE £40,000 - £45,000

Car Allowance £250 per month

Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, 1 Saturday in 3 - 10am - 4pm

Our client based in their stylish and trendy branch in Whitechapel is looking for a Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of 1 year's experience to join their upbeat, energetic team. Their award-winning company prides itself on service and staff development.

The role will involve:

1. Identifying applicants' needs and matching them to suitable properties.
2. Viewing properties & negotiating offers.
3. Liaising with Landlords.
4. Delivering the highest levels of customer service.
5. Working closely with the team to identify new business opportunities and generating new ideas.
6. Driving high value lettings through the office.
7. Generating quality leads, following these up and consistently aiming for high conversion rates.
8. Complying with all relevant legislation in the industry.
9. Ensuring that all customers receive a professional, efficient, friendly, and personalised service.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

1. 1 year industry experience.
2. Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. The ability to negotiate.
4. Sound business ethics.
5. Tenacity and be a self-starter.
6. The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
