Job Description

Dove & Hawk are partnered with a leading property agency known for delivering exceptional service in the lettings market. They are seeking a Lettings Negotiator for their Stoke Newington office.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inquiries and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating tenancy agreements and closing deals
• Managing administrative tasks
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
• Meeting and exceeding targets

Requirements

• 6+ months of industry experience
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A charismatic and confident personality
• Ability to handle a high volume of administrative tasks efficiently

What They Offer

• £20,000 basic salary with a 4-month guarantee at £30,000
• Realistic OTE for the first year: £35,000-£45,000 (uncapped commission)
• Tiered commission structure; earn 10%-15% per deal
