Job summary

Spicerhaart in Essex is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to drive the customer journey, coordinating viewings, negotiating offers and winning new instructions. You will build strong landlord and tenant relationships, market properties and grow the pipeline with a service-focused approach.

You will be integral to the lettings team, leveraging your knowledge of the market to maximise opportunities and deliver outstanding results. This role offers competitive earnings and progression.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
• Experience in lettings market and negotiating offers.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging viewings.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Assessing/valuing properties for the market.
• Marketing properties to tenants and generating new business.
• Growing the pipeline and canvassing the local area.
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards.

Job description

A day in the life of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Essex:

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Experience assessing / valuing properties for the market
• Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
• A focus on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards, We are currently conducting some interviews using video software.

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
• We'll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:
• Passport/Birth Certificate
• Proof of Address
• National Insurance
• Drivers Licence Check
