Job summary

Connells Group in Cardiff is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join the Peter Alan lettings team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, arranging valuations, conducting viewings, and negotiating lets, with a base salary of £25k plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Previous lettings or sales experience preferred.
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Outstanding customer care and service.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiate rental terms and agree lets.

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:

• Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals


• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants

Skills and Experience We're Looking For
