Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is seeking a proactive LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR to join a leading independent agency in Beaconsfield. You will register tenants, arrange viewings, handle enquiries and negotiate tenancy terms, while building relationships with landlords and property managers.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary with commission, ongoing training and a clear progression path within a vibrant property environment.

• Previous lettings experience or a strong sales background.

Responsibilities

Job Title: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - Residential Lettings

Location: Beaconsfield, HP3

Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some previous lettings experience, or strong sales skills looking to break into the property industry, to develop their career in a vibrant and supportive property environment.
