Job summary

Rayner Personnel in Truro, Cornwall, is seeking an experienced Branch Lettings Manager to lead a busy lettings team. You will step up from a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Manager, driving market appraisals, winning new instructions and mentoring colleagues to improve performance.

You will manage day-to-day lettings operations, nurture relationships with landlords and tenants, and push revenue growth while delivering outstanding customer service in a thriving branch.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in winning and generating business
• Strong knowledge of the local residential lettings market
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
• Leadership potential to inspire and mentor a team
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• ARLA/MARLA qualification would be a real benefit

Responsibilities

• Conduct market appraisals, win new instructions and drive lettings performance
• Support Branch Manager with overall branch performance and targets
• Coach and motivate negotiators to achieve and exceed goals
• Manage pipeline of lettings, progressing applications to tenancy agreements
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings journey
• Build relationships with landlords, tenants and local businesses
• Take responsibility for lettings operations and revenue growth
• Identify opportunities for additional business within the branch and market
