Job summary

Command Recruitment is seeking an experienced Assistant Lettings Manager for a flagship branch of a leading estate agency in the United Kingdom. The role suits a Senior Lettings Consultant or Lettings Negotiator aiming to step up, with clear career progression, training and enhanced earning potential.

You will support the Lettings Manager in daily operations, lead the lettings team, drive performance, generate new instructions and maintain high standards of service for landlords and tenants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' residential lettings experience.
• Experience as Senior Lettings Consultant or Assistant Lettings Manager.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Lettings Manager when required.
• Provide daily support, leadership and motivation to the lettings team.
• Help drive individual and team performance against agreed targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants.
• Support the team with property listings, viewings, negotiations and lettings progression.
• Assist with generating new instructions and identifying business opportunities.
• Deliver consistently high standards of customer service.
• Lead by example and contribute towards the overall success of the branch.
• Maintain excellent levels of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail.
• Support a positive, professional and commercially focused team environment.
