Job summary

Connells Group UK, in Frome, is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator ready to step into a Lettings Manager role. You will lead a team, grow landlord relationships, and drive lettings performance, with full training and ongoing coaching.

The role offers structured management training, support for ARLA Propertymark qualification, and clear career progression within Connells Group. A UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential lettings with a proven results track record.
• Ability to generate new business and build landlord relationships.
• Valuation and listing experience.
• Ambition to take on more responsibility and coach others.
• Organised, proactive approach with resilience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out rental valuations, win instructions and grow landlord portfolio.
• Support, motivate and develop your team.
• Drive lettings income and help the team achieve its targets.
• Build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Maintain high standards of service and lettings compliance.
• Take ownership of day-to-day lettings performance, with guidance as you develop.
